Requirements
Must:
- Active SC clearance required
- Sole UK nationality due to project sensitivity
- Proven experience as an AWS DevOps Engineer
- Proficient in AWS CloudFormation & AWS Developer Tools (CodePipeline, CodeBuild)
- Experience with Amazon ECS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Strong skills in CI/CD automation (preferably with DroneCI)
- Advanced Linux administration and scripting, especially in Bash
- Familiarity with Ansible for configuration management
- Strong knowledge of security best practices related to Kubernetes and web applications
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project requirements
- Design and implement scalable AWS infrastructure using CloudFormation
- Utilize AWS Developer Tools for continuous integration and delivery
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Automate CI/CD processes and enhance deployment workflows
- Administer Linux environments and perform scripting tasks
- Implement configuration management using Ansible
- Ensure security best practices are followed within the environment
Description
We are a leading consultancy working on a long-term Government project, offering an opportunity to engage with cutting-edge technologies in the cloud domain. This is a hybrid position, requiring you to be onsite in London for 2 days per week while you will have the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder. We provide a competitive rate of £550 per day and an initial contract duration of 6 months.
