Must:
I am looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar IT support role. You should have excellent customer service and communication skills. Additionally, I require strong technical knowledge in the following areas: Windows 10, MS Server 2019/2022, MS Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID & Group Policy, as well as IP networking & telephony, DNS, DHCP, and both server and desktop/network hardware.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will respond to incidents and service requests logged in a modern ITSM system, ensuring tickets are resolved in line with SLAs. You will troubleshoot desktop, telephony, network, and printing issues, and investigate software problems. It's important to ensure that devices remain compliant with Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001 standards. You will support and install hardware, software, and mobile devices, and gain exposure to server administration and infrastructure technologies.

I am offering a position for a 2nd Line IT Support Technician based in Bristol, with regular travel to Plymouth. All travel and overnight stays will be expensed. The salary for this role ranges from £30,000 to £32,000.
