Requirements
Must:
- Experience delivering IT or business improvement projects
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server / MySQL
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Understanding of ERP / CRM systems and business workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to cloud technologies (desirable)
- Degree / HNC / HND in Computer Science or a related field (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Support and develop IT infrastructure, systems, and user environments
- Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Manage and maintain SQL Server / MySQL databases
- Develop reports and dashboards (Power BI) to support decision making
- Support IT and digital projects from concept through to rollout
- Provide technical support and liaise with third-party vendors

In this role, you will work closely with the Head of IT to support and enhance our business systems, reporting, and digital processes. We value individuals who enjoy bridging technology and business operations, as you will be instrumental in improving our systems, reporting, and workflows. We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 – £50,000, along with excellent benefits.
