Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 5 years experience in IT support or service function with experience in a 3rd Line Support position is a must have.
- ERP management capabilities (ideally COINS or Netsuite)
- Technical expertise in Server Maintenance (2012 to 2016), Backups (Veeam) and Network Infrastructure is a must have
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Office, SharePoint, AD, Exchange).
- Confident, customer-focused problem solver with excellent communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to sites.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Provide support across hardware, software, phones, mobiles, and specialist systems.
- Manage helpdesk enquiries, escalating where needed and seeing issues through to resolution.
- Support servers (Windows 2012/2016), Exchange 365, backups (Veeam), and network infrastructure.
- Set up new sites, accounts, and mobile devices.
- Maintain IT documentation and ensure smooth daily operations.
Description
We are seeking a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join our team in Maidstone, Kent. This role is key in keeping our systems running smoothly while delivering on exciting projects such as network refresh, ERP implementation, and cloud transformation. We offer a competitive salary between £40,000 to £45,000, along with additional benefits including a 5% bonus potential and flexible working hours. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting, resolving issues, and supporting business-critical projects, ensuring our colleagues have the tools they need to succeed.
