Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Lead Technical Product Manager with a track record of delivering clear strategy and outcomes.
- Strong experience with APIs, integrations, and systems.
- Experience in defining KPIs and working towards measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, strategy, and roadmap across key platform areas.
- Define a clear roadmap and prioritize product features in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, and sales to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from inception through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Monitor platform performance, implement improvements, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
