Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in product management, specifically with APIs and integrations
- Strong technical background in software development and architecture
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Experience leading and mentoring product teams
- Excellent relationship management skills with external partners and vendors
- Demonstrated ability to define and document technical requirements clearly
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on scalable solutions
Responsibilities
- Own the platform and third-party integrations at a strategic level
- Influence product direction across the organization and at senior stakeholder level
- Lead multiple squads, ensuring alignment with business and technical strategy
- Coach and mentor junior Product Managers, supporting capability and career development
- Build and manage strong relationships with external vendors and partners
- Ensure requirements for new opportunities are clearly defined, agreed, and technically feasible
- Work closely with engineering to avoid bespoke solutions, focusing on scalable and reusable capabilities across products and offerings
