Requirements
Must:
- A strong background in engineering with experience in building large scale teams.
- Knowledge across a variety of cloud platforms including GCP.
- Experience with Typescript and Node.js.
- Proficient in CI/CD, Docker, and Terraform.
- Familiarity with modern serverless technologies.
- Proven experience in creating a high-performance engineering team culture, with mentoring and coaching processes in place.
- Skilled in utilizing the latest software tools and developing full stack platform concepts.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a fast-growing Technology team within a SaaS organization.
- Implement the latest tech stacks while scaling teams in a busy start-up environment.
- Develop and execute business strategy and product development plans.
- Provide leadership on lean/agile principles and foster a continuous learning culture.
- Select the best technologies and products for the organization and innovate with cutting-edge technology.
