Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a busy IT support or ICT engineering environment
- Strong technical skills across Windows-based systems and networks
- Exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and virtualised environments
- Experience supporting a mix of devices (Windows, Apple, mobile devices)
- A proactive, customer-focused approach to IT support
- Organised, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
- Genuine passion for technology and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support the organisations core ICT systems and infrastructure
- Take ownership of server and network-related issues, including proactive maintenance
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical incidents
- Carry out root-cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
- Support and mentor junior members of the ICT team
- Work on ICT projects and system improvements throughout the year
- Liaise with third-party suppliers where required
