Requirements
Must:
- Experience delivering IT support in an education or managed services environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across desktops, networks, and Microsoft technologies
- Experience supporting Windows environments, servers, and common school IT systems
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to visit client sites
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to education clients both remotely and on-site
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Support and maintain Microsoft-based environments including servers and desktop systems
- Assist with IT installations, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with school staff
