Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a 2nd Line IT Support role, ideally within an MSP environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Active Directory, networking, and endpoint management
- Experience supporting servers, backups, and cloud platforms
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line technical support across desktop, server, and cloud environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated from the service desk
- Support Microsoft 365, networking, and server infrastructure
- Assist with system upgrades, installations, and project delivery
- Provide remote and occasional on-site support to business clients

We are a growing managed IT services provider hiring a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to support our expanding client base and help establish our new Cheltenham office.
