Requirements
Must:
- 7 years of IT experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong experience with ServiceNow platform development
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs
- Expertise in CMDB architecture & governance
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping
- Knowledge of Event Management & ITOM modules
- Familiarity with TSOM (Telecom Service Operations Management)
- Understanding of Telecom Service Management workflows
- Experience in REST/SOAP integrations
- Proficient in MID Server configuration
- Knowledge of Flow Designer & IntegrationHub
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB data modeling
- Understanding of Agile / DevOps practices
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred)
- ServiceNow ITOM or CMDB certifications (preferred)
- Experience in Telecom industry environments (preferred)
- Knowledge of OSS/BSS integrations (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned with business requirements
- Build and customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, and Workflows
- Lead development efforts and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices
- Design and maintain CMDB data model and CI relationships
- Implement CMDB governance, health dashboards, and data quality rules
- Configure and manage Discovery and Service Mapping integrations
- Ensure accurate CI lifecycle management and relationship mapping
- Implement and support IT Operations Management capabilities including Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Operational Intelligence
- Work on Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM) solutions for telecom network/service monitoring
- Configure event correlation, alert management, and automation workflows
- Implement ServiceNow Telecom Service Management capabilities
- Develop workflows for service provisioning, fulfillment, and incident handling in telecom environments
- Integrate telecom OSS/BSS systems with the ServiceNow platform
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as monitoring tools, OSS/BSS systems, CRM systems, and network management tools
- Translate business requirements into technical design and architecture
- Ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure platform solutions
- Participate in platform upgrades and architecture reviews
- Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, operations teams, and infrastructure teams
- Support Agile/Scrum delivery models
