Requirements
Must:
- Graduation in a relevant field
- Overall 10 years of IT experience in a technical role
- 8 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (SAP Commissions)
- At least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences in SAP Commissions with S4 HANA as backend database
- Experience in handling AMS activities, including ticket resolutions and enhancements
- Ability to configure compensation plans utilizing credits, measurements, incentive and deposit rules in various use cases
- Proficiency in loading reference, comp plan, and transaction data on Commissions UI or from Dropbox
- Expertise in compensation elements like classifiers, lookup tables, rate tables, formulae, etc.
- Ability to execute pipelines, analyze results, and identify gaps in payments
- Knowledge of Commission DB tables and experience in writing advanced SQL queries and stagehooks
- Understanding of various payment extract processes
- Familiarity with Plan Communicator, dispute, and dashboard setup
- Well-versed in concepts such as proration, draws, clawbacks, leaves, periodic catch-ups, and holds
- Good to have: Certification in SAP Commissions
- Knowledge of SAP advanced workflows and payment dispute resolution processes
- Understanding of SAP Territory and Quota geography rules and territory hierarchy setup
- Experience with Landing Pad and Smart Data Integrators using HANA as backend
- Experience with basic crystal reports BO groupings setup
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP Commissions implementations and enhancements
- Configure and optimize compensation plans tailored to client needs
- Oversee ticket resolutions and manage AMS activities for ongoing support
- Load necessary data for commissions and ensure integrity throughout the process
- Execute and analyze payment pipelines to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members on onboarding and integration with related systems
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and changes
- Provide training and support for end-users on SAP Commission systems
