Requirements

Must:
### - Bachelors Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Human-Computer Interaction). - Experience as a User Researcher, including documenting user needs and running workshops/working sessions. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Familiarity with research methodologies and tools (e.g., user interviews, surveys, usability testing). - Strong analytical skills and a passion for understanding user needs and behaviors. - Eligibility to work in the UK and the ability to hold or gain UK government security clearance. Unfortunately, we do not offer visa sponsorship, and candidates must have lived continuously in the UK for the last 5 years. ###

Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing research studies using ethnographic, generative, and quantitative methods. - Conduct focus groups, surveys, and interviews to gather user insights. - Support in designing and facilitating workshops and co-creation sessions. - Analyze research data, identifying patterns and trends to inform design decisions. - Contribute to the creation of user personas, journey maps, and other research-based artifacts. ###
