Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree.
- Extensive ServiceNow development experience.
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and strong development experience in ServiceNow Platform features.
- Comprehensive experience deploying ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, IRM, or HRSD aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
- Ability to perform a Technical Leadership role for delivery teams with expertise in the ServiceNow suite of portfolio solutions.
- Experience coordinating with other process and integration owners.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the scope of technical requirements into solution architecture, driving independent projects from an architectural standpoint.
- Understand clients business challenges and provide solutions to address their needs.
- Recommend and design workflows to implement business processes.
- Execute system and user acceptance testing, manage user adoption, and employ effective change management and training methods.
- Provide advisory services to clients on their ServiceNow roadmap.
- Actively participate in understanding and resolving customer problems.
