- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Commercial experience in ServiceNow development or similar roles.
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including JavaScript, Apex, and UI development.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or equivalent certification.
- Must have the valid right to work in the UK, as we do not offer visa sponsorship.
- You must be a resident in the UK and have been living continuously in the UK for the last 5 years.
- Ability to hold or gain a UK government security clearance.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ServiceNow solutions that streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems using APIs, web services, or other integration methods.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
