- Strong experience in Java development, including design, implementation, and testing of large-scale systems.
- Experience working on public sector projects with an understanding of the unique challenges within this sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for analyzing complex systems and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS), and an understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda, along with experience using cloud-based DevOps tools like AWS CodePipeline and AWS CodeBuild.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop software that aligns with the needs of public sector clients and supports their hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.
- Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, while contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes.
