- Bachelors Degree
- Extraction transformation and loading (ETL) of data from legacy systems (mainly Oracle EBS) to Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM.
- Data mapping, cleansing, and validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Troubleshooting data migration issues and implementing corrective actions.
- PLSQL coding for extraction, transformation, data processing, and reconciliation reporting.
- Proficiency in using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Performing reconciliation tasks to verify data integrity post-migration.
- Collaborating with functional teams to understand data structures and business rules.
- Documenting data migration processes, mappings, and validation steps for audit and reference purposes.
- Familiarity with Oracle tools such as Designer, Discover, Forms, JDeveloper, and Reports.
- Experience in SaaS HCM applications and module experience in Core, Absence, Performance, Case Work, Learning and Development, Oracle Recruitment, Project Resource Deployment, Strategic Workforce Planning, ODA, and Journeys (Payroll).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and learn from senior team members.
- Knowledge of HCM security requirements and application.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to create quality deliverables and follow up with stakeholders involved in data migration.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support application solutions in Oracle eBS that meet client requirements.
- Utilize Oracle tools such as Designer, Discover, Forms, JDeveloper, and Reports to create reports, interfaces, data conversions, and enhancements.
- Design, develop, and/or re-engineer complex application components and integrate software packages, programs, and reusable objects across multiple platforms.
- Focus on delivering high-quality, efficient, and maintainable solutions that align with industry best practices and Oracle eBS standards.
- Collaborate with functional stream consultants and business users to resolve issues and facilitate communication.
- Write data migration outcome reports, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills to create high-quality deliverables and follow up with stakeholders involved in data migration.
