Requirements
Must:
- Deep expertise in cyber/technology resilience, including hands-on experience with backup technologies (e.g., Commvault, Rubrik) and cloud resilience
- Extensive experience in Financial Services or Corporate sectors (TMT, Consumer, ER&I, LSHC)
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical risks to Board-level stakeholders
- Experience leading proposals, managing client relationships, and delivering under pressure
- Ideal Certifications (Not Essential): AWS/Azure/GCP, CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, or ITIL
Responsibilities
- Lead complex resilience engagements across cloud, data centre, and backup/recovery environments
- Advise clients on resilient architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), failover strategies, and operational recovery
- Drive business development, build C-suite relationships, and lead high-impact proposals
- Deliver projects that meet stringent regulatory requirements and uplift organisational resilience

We are hiring on behalf of a Top 4 global consulting firm looking for a Senior Manager to join our rapidly expanding Cyber & Technology Resilience practice. This role offers a salary of £90,000 to £100,000 and is based in the UK with a hybrid work model requiring 2 days per week on-site. Join a market-leading team of 450 cyber specialists supported by a 7,500-person Technology practice, where youll experience a collaborative culture, work-life balance, and the opportunity to tackle some of the most complex resilience challenges in the UK market.
