Requirements
Must:
- Salesforce Expertise (Essential)
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows / Automation
- Deep understanding of core Salesforce data model (Accounts, Opportunities, Cases, etc.)
- Proven experience designing end-to-end solutions within complex environments
- Strong experience with REST API integrations and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi)
- Understanding of event-driven architecture and scalable integration patterns
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Experience leading or mentoring development teams
- Strong communication skills to work across technical and business stakeholders
- Highly Desirable: Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or Insurance domain
- Exposure to OmniStudio / Vlocity
- Knowledge of data modeling and governance within Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end solution design across Salesforce and integrated platforms
- Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Define and implement integration patterns across enterprise systems (REST APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures)
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, including mentoring developers, reviewing code, and resolving technical challenges
- Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, and automated deployments
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security, and regulatory requirements
- Support Agile delivery teams through sprint cycles, removing blockers and ensuring high-quality outputs
