Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with server-side programming languages including C#, Java, PHP, Python, HTML
- A thorough understanding and experience dealing with GDPR Compliant Frameworks and Data Protection
- Strong knowledge of database design principles with hands-on experience in SQL (T-SQL), PL/SQL, Entity Framework or similar ORM tools
- Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API or similar frameworks
Responsibilities
- Designing, building and maintaining the backend services that power our web and mobile apps
- Building secure, well-documented APIs that mobile and web frontends consume
- Modelling and managing data — including personal data — in a way that respects user privacy and meets legal GDPR requirements
- Helping shape technical decisions: stack, infrastructure, architecture, deployment
- Writing clean, tested code that the next developer (including future-you) can actually understand
- Iterating fast on real user feedback
