We seek a Software Asset Manager with at least 5 years of experience in software asset management, ideally within financial services or regulated industries. You should have a strong knowledge of ITIL, ISO 19770, and various software licensing models (SaaS, perpetual, subscription). Proficiency in software asset management tools (such as ServiceNow, Flexera, and Snow) and experience with audit preparation are essential.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the governance of the software lifecycle, which includes procurement, deployment, tracking, and retirement. You will ensure compliance with licensing agreements and regulatory standards, such as DORA and ECB. Collaboration with IT, procurement, and finance teams will be key as you work to optimize software spend and manage vendor relationships.

This exciting opportunity is within our Service Delivery team, where passion for IT asset management, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration is highly valued. We are looking for a compliance-driven individual who can lead the transformation of our software asset management function across EMEA, making sure that software usage is optimized, compliant, and audit-ready. This position offers a significant level of ownership and responsibility from day one. The role is based in London with a hybrid working model (50/50) and comes with a competitive salary between £60,000-£80,000, along with bonuses and a pension plan.
