Must:
- Deep ServiceNow expertise
- Experience with Agile product ownership (OKRs, backlog, release planning)
- Ability to lead cross-functional squads and vendor partners
- Strong data governance and quality management skills
- Experience with critical data elements, lineage, attestations, automated compliance monitoring, and MI publishing
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technology teams to optimize and improve IT service management processes
- Plan, create, and design technology solutions using ServiceNow expertise
- Perform in-depth analysis to define problems and develop innovative solutions
- Compare and select complex alternatives based on sophisticated analytical thought
Description
We are a thriving banking business seeking a ServiceNow Product Manager to join our growing ServiceNow centre of excellence. This is a permanent role based in either our Knutsford or Manchester office, with a hybrid work model of 2 days in the office and the rest from home. The salary ranges from £70,000 to £100,000 depending on experience. We pride ourselves on fostering an environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
