Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a confident Java software developer with excellent Java development skills and hands-on experience (approximately 50% of the role). You should have prior experience as a team leader or team manager and the desire to continue in this capacity.
Responsibilities
In this position as a Software Development Team Leader, you will lead a team of 7 developers, which includes 5 back-end Java developers and 2 front-end Java React developers. You will be responsible for leading Java software development from the front, overseeing the work of your team and ensuring that projects are completed effectively.
Description
This position offers a permanent role with a salary ranging from £70,000 to £90,000, plus bonus and benefits. Our business is thriving and actively investing in software development and IT technology systems, including a recent £35 million investment in a new sales portal.
