Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Citrix Subject Matter Expert (SME) in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in:
- Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (on-prem and cloud)
- Citrix Cloud and integration with Azure
- Citrix ADC (NetScaler)
- Citrix Workspace and Endpoint Management
- Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell) and automation tools.
- Relevant Citrix certifications (e.g., CCA-V, CCP-V, CCE-V) are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and support of Citrix environments across our global infrastructure.
- Act as the technical authority for Citrix technologies including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, and Citrix ADC (NetScaler).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing virtual desktop solutions.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Drive automation and optimization initiatives within the Citrix estate.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
