Requirements
Must:
- Core development languages including .Net, .Net Core, C#, Java, and Python.
- Experience with Front Office trading systems, particularly low-touch e-trading platforms.
- Strong numerical and financial skills, with the ability to interpret financial information and design and use financial models.
- Experience and understanding of a Fixed Income Banking Environment, including the product range and associated opportunities and risks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing the design, definition, and delivery of technical solutions in alignment with strategic goals.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels across the organization, including the Front Office.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing environments and CI/CD.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance core applications using the specified programming languages.
- Collaborate with trading teams to design and implement systems that meet business needs.
- Analyze financial information and create robust financial models to inform decision-making.
- Work within the Fixed Income Banking environment to identify and leverage product opportunities while managing associated risks.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and objectives.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all levels of the business.
- Implement and maintain automated testing processes and CI/CD pipelines to enhance software quality and delivery speed.
