Must:
To be successful in this role, I need you to have strong core development skills in .Net Core and C#. Experience in the financial industry, particularly with low-touch e-trading platforms, is essential. I’m looking for someone with strong numerical and financial skills, capable of interpreting financial information and designing appropriate financial models. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are a must, along with demonstrated experience in managing the end-to-end design, definition, and delivery of technical solutions that align with strategic goals. You should also be comfortable handling communications at all levels within the business, including the Front Office. Hands-on experience with automated testing environments and CI/CD is vital. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will be a key delivery team member for the Front Office / Fixed Income Business in EMEA. Working closely with the Product Owner and the development team, you will be responsible for delivering sound, well-designed, and technically advanced solutions to our business users. Your role will involve designing and developing new software solutions, integrating with vendor systems, participating in on-call support, and following as well as expanding established SDLC processes. You will participate in various projects, including ION Anvil, and leverage Neptune and other analytic systems. You’ll also be responsible for delivering IT strategy, assisting in revenue-generating and regulatory initiatives, and ensuring that our IT systems provide a competitive advantage. Daily collaboration with traders and desk heads will be part of your tasks to ensure that their strategic objectives are met through technology changes.
