Requirements
Must:
- Expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Helm, and KEDA
- Proficient in Infrastructure-as-Code using Bicep or ARM templates
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitbucket, Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with API Gateway, Azure API Management (APIM), and Azure Application Gateway
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor
- Understanding of secure multi-region deployments and network segmentation
Responsibilities
- Build and manage scalable, secure infrastructure for our multi-agent AI orchestration platform
- Work across multiple Azure regions (UK South, Sweden Central, East US) to ensure high availability and efficient agent orchestration using AKS
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Azure services and Semantic Kernel agents
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and integrate observability tools to monitor system health and performance
- Ensure compliance with enterprise-grade security practices, including zero trust principles and identity-aware routing

We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for an AI DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic STEM business that is significantly investing in building a best-in-class AI platform. You will focus on identifying areas where AI can drive improvements within a custom-built environment, rather than relying on off-the-shelf solutions. This permanent role offers a salary range of £70,000 to £90,000, and you can choose to work from either our Glasgow or London office, with a flexible hybrid model of 1 or 2 days in the office each week. You will be part of a high-functioning and relaxed team that is actively contributing to our digital transformation.
