Requirements
Must:
- 2 to 10 years of hands-on, end-to-end project experience in consulting and implementing EPM or ERP cloud solutions
- Background in a Big 4, Accenture, or another top-tier consulting firm is highly desirable
- Familiarity with structured delivery methodologies in a fast-paced project environment
- In-depth experience with leading cloud platforms: Oracle EPM Cloud, Workday Financials, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, etc.
- Skilled in business requirement gathering, system configurations, data modeling, and process mapping
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and organized
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English; professional proficiency in another European language is desirable
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of complex client requirements through virtual workshops and process mapping sessions
- Translate business needs into robust, scalable, and best-practice-aligned solution designs
- Configure market-leading cloud applications
- Build financial models and develop integration workflows
- Create sophisticated reports and dashboards that provide insights to clients
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and build strong, trust-based relationships
- Lead virtual workshops and facilitate regular project check-ins
- Manage assigned workstreams with autonomy and responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery of outcomes
- Report on status, identify risks, and resolve issues
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall project management where applicable
- Engage with clients on-site for critical project milestones, including design workshops and go-live support
