Requirements
Must:
- 8 years of hands-on project experience in consulting and implementing EPM or ERP cloud solutions.
- At least 3 years in a formal team leadership or management role in a functional setting.
- A background in a Big 4, Accenture, or another top-tier consulting firm is highly preferred.
- Expertise in structured delivery methodologies and experience in managing large, complex clients.
- Broad understanding of EPM and ERP cloud platforms such as Oracle EPM/ERP, OneStream, Workday, or SAP.
- Core Business Analyst skills, including business requirement gathering, system configurations, data modeling, and process mapping.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing, mentoring, and motivating consulting teams.
- Prior experience managing and leading hybrid or distributed teams.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; professional proficiency in another European language is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Belfast-based team of EPM and ERP consultants, overseeing their performance and providing regular coaching and feedback.
- Ensure delivery excellence by implementing and overseeing quality assurance processes and acting as a key escalation point for project issues.
- Manage day-to-day project operations, including resource planning, project staffing, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Project Managers and Practice Leaders across Europe, acting as the primary liaison for the Belfast team.
