Must:
We are seeking self-motivated Cloud Consultants with 2 to 10 years of hands-on, end-to-end project experience in consulting and implementing EPM or ERP cloud solutions. Your background should ideally include a stint at a Big 4 firm, Accenture, or another top-tier consulting firm, demonstrating familiarity with structured delivery methodologies and the demands of a fast-paced project environment.
You will have practical, in-depth experience with one or more leading cloud platforms, such as Oracle EPM (PBCS, HFM, FCCS), OneStream, Tagetik, Anaplan, Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials, SCM), Workday Financials, or SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Strong skills in business requirement gathering, system configuration, data modeling, and process mapping are essential. As a disciplined and organized professional, you will excel in managing your time and priorities with minimal supervision.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities are a must, as is the capacity to communicate complex technical and functional ideas clearly to a diverse European client base. Fluency in English is required, and professional proficiency in another European language (such as German, French, Spanish, or Dutch) would be a plus.

Responsibilities
As a member of our Belfast-based delivery team, you will play a central role in the entire lifecycle of client engagements, from design to implementation of EPM and ERP solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting deep analyses of client requirements through virtual workshops and process mapping sessions, and translating those needs into robust, scalable solutions.
You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, fostering strong, trust-based relationships and leading virtual workshops. This involves maintaining clear communication channels and ensuring that client needs are anticipated and exceeded. You will manage your assigned workstreams autonomously, focusing on planning, execution, and delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget, while also identifying risks and resolving issues.
Though primarily based in Belfast, you may travel to client sites across Europe for key project milestones. This blended approach ensures efficient off-shore work complemented by valuable face-to-face interactions.
