Requirements
Must:
- 2 to 10 years of hands-on, end-to-end project experience in consulting and implementing EPM or ERP cloud solutions
- Experience with structured delivery methodologies in a fast-paced project environment
- Strong background in Big 4, Accenture, or other top-tier consulting firms is highly desirable
- Practical, in-depth experience with leading cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle EPM Cloud, Workday, SAP S/4HANA Cloud)
- Proficient in business requirement gathering, system configurations, data modelling, and process mapping
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and organized with strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Fluency in English; professional proficiency in another European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Dutch) is desirable
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of complex client requirements through virtual workshops and process mapping sessions
- Translate business needs into robust, scalable solution designs
- Configure market-leading cloud applications like Oracle EPM/ERP, OneStream, Workday
- Build financial models, develop integration workflows, and create reports and dashboards
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients to build strong, trust-based relationships
- Lead virtual workshops and facilitate regular project check-ins
- Manage workstreams with autonomy and ensure high-quality outcomes on time and within budget
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and provide detailed status reporting
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to project management and governance
- Travel to client sites across Europe for critical project milestones when necessary
