Requirements
Must:
- 2 to 10 years of hands-on, end-to-end project experience in consulting and implementing EPM or ERP cloud solutions
- Background in a Big 4, Accenture, or another top-tier consulting firm
- Experience with structured delivery methodologies in fast-paced project environments
- In-depth technical expertise with leading cloud platforms (Oracle EPM, OneStream, Oracle Cloud ERP, Workday, SAP S/4HANA)
- Business analysis skills including requirements gathering, system configurations, data modeling, and process mapping
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and organized
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is desirable
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of complex client requirements through virtual workshops and process mapping sessions
- Translate business needs into robust, scalable, and best-practice-aligned solution designs
- Configure market-leading cloud applications, build financial models, and develop integration workflows
- Create sophisticated reports and dashboards to provide critical insights to clients
- Build strong, effective, and trust-based relationships with stakeholders across Europe
- Manage assigned workstreams, responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of outcomes
- Report on project status, identify risks, and resolve issues
- Mentor junior team members and lead larger project streams for experienced candidates
- Engage onsite with clients for critical project milestones as needed
