Requirements
Must:

- Familiarity with data feeds and data modeling techniques
- Strong skills in preparing data for reporting and analytics
- Experience in supporting BI solutions through development, testing, and deployment
- Knowledge of data quality, governance, and documentation standards
- Ability to produce accurate reporting outputs
- Excellent collaboration skills with stakeholders
- Strong problem identification and escalation capabilities
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL-based data warehouse solutions
- Create and manage incoming data feeds and data models
- Prepare data for reporting and analytics outputs
- Support specification, development, testing, and deployment of BI solutions
- Ensure adherence to data quality, governance, and documentation standards
- Produce accurate internal and external reporting outputs
- Support ongoing development of information and reporting infrastructure
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across clinical and corporate teams
- Identify and escalate risks and issues as required
Description
We are seeking an experienced SQL BI Developer to support the development and operation of business intelligence and data warehouse solutions within an NHS environment. The role will focus on designing, building, and maintaining data solutions that enable high-quality reporting and informed decision-making. This position is based in Cambridge, offers flexibility for remote working, and is contracted from 1 February 2026 to 1 June 2026.
