Requirements
Must:
As the successful 2nd Line engineer, you will have experience in some of the following areas:
- Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- A relevant qualification in IT
- Experience in supporting Microsoft Office products such as Exchange, Intune, and OneDrive
- A good understanding of the basics of networking
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
In this role, I will be looking for you to support our growing network of external clients with their IT needs. You will provide IT support through various channels, including email, our ticketing system, and phone, while working collaboratively within a skilled team.
