Must:

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms is also essential.
Responsibilities
In your role as Scrum Master, you will be responsible for organizing and managing sprint ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. You will work closely with development teams and key stakeholders to ensure risks are communicated and addressed effectively. Additionally, you will promote a culture of continuous improvement and ensure that backlogs are maintained and prioritized.
