Requirements
Must:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good experience in coordinating projects
- Strong organisational and documentation experience
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Some experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Experience with software development teams
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar
Responsibilities
- Organising and managing sprint ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Working closely with development teams and key stakeholders
- Ensuring risks are communicated and addressed
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensuring backlogs are maintained and prioritised
