Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Experience with on-prem to cloud migration
- Experience in organizational transformation, such as new systems implementation
- Knowledge of system integration and data optimization
- Proven vendor management skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external
- A valid driver’s license
- Desirable: experience with work management software (e.g., JobLogic, Jobber, SimPRO)
- Desirable: knowledge of Cyber Security
- Desirable: experience with PowerBI for reporting
Responsibilities
- Design, oversee, and implement the technology roadmap
- Provide hands-on delivery support as needed
- Manage oversight of Cyber Security initiatives
- Engage in stakeholder management
- Work closely with IT project managers for project delivery
- Manage vendors and third-party resources
- Introduce and oversee governance, risk, and compliance processes
Description
We are a rapidly growing business based in the Midlands, seeking an IT Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of our IT roadmap. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary of up to £75,000, along with a car allowance and an annual performance-related bonus. As the technical guru, you will drive our IT initiatives across various sites, ensuring effective collaboration with trusted MSP partners and vendors while maintaining hands-on capabilities to navigate challenges. We value a strategic mindset coupled with excellent communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
