Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience managing an IT Infrastructure team.
- This role will be purely managerial with no hands-on technical work.
- Technical knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, and cloud-based O365 environments.
- Strong knowledge of IT Security and ISO 27001 standards.
- A mix of political and technical skills.
- A personable nature, able to manage up and down as required.
Responsibilities
- As the IT Infrastructure Manager, I will oversee the day-to-day management of a 5-person 3rd and 4th Line escalations team.
- I will work closely with technical engineers and manage their workload daily.
- I will be part of a larger management team, delivering first-class projects and support to a large blue-chip organization.
Description
I am offering a salary of £65,000-£70,000, along with a managers' bonus scheme, 25 days of holiday, private healthcare, subsidized gym membership, and retail discount schemes. This is primarily a remote role, with occasional site meetings required in the Bristol office. This position represents a fantastic opportunity to be a key member of a management team in a supportive environment, with excellent career progression opportunities.
