Must:
- Extensive React skills, including Hooks, Suspense, and Composition patterns
- Extensive experience with TypeScript
- Strong skills in CSS and Tailwind
- Proficiency in wireframing
- Experience with Git
- Creativity in producing beautifully rendered frontends
- Focus on best practice standards and quality throughout the lifecycle
- Knowledge of WCAG / Accessibility standards
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Proactive approach to managing workload and juggling multiple priorities
- Open to feedback with a product-first mindset
Desirable skills:
- Experience with Data Visualisation tools like D3, Nivo, or AG Charts
- Knowledge of Rich Text Editing
- Familiarity with React Hook Form and Zod
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude AI, CoPilot, or similar
Responsibilities
- Work on various projects, including proprietary platform build and feature development
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements
- Turn initial briefs into meaningful and beautifully crafted solutions
- Contribute to team discussions and enjoy being a collaborative team player
- Ensure quality UI and UX solutions are produced
- Stay focused on best practices and accessibility standards during development
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
