Requirements
Must:
- IT-related degree (or equivalent qualification/experience)
- Graduate level to 3 years' relevant IT support experience
- Knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and system setup
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for all IT equipment across the site
- Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software
- Assist with setting up and maintaining industrial PLCs on the network
- Support system upgrades, installations, and technical projects
- Ensure minimal downtime and provide responsive support to site teams
