Requirements
Must:
- Experience in business analysis, service improvement or change roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and at least one BI/reporting tool (PowerBI desirable)
- Ability to analyse complex data and communicate clear, actionable insights
- Experience mapping and improving processes
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Ability to interpret data for non-technical audiences
- Inclusive, values-driven approach, aligned with social housing
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Desirable: BCS Business Analysis certification (or willingness to work towards this)
- Desirable: Familiarity with CivicaCx, SQL, PowerBI or similar tools
- Desirable: Experience working in housing, public sector or regulated environments
- Desirable: Experience supporting digital or systems change, or facilitating workshops or training
Responsibilities
- Lead improvements in the quality, accuracy and accessibility of our data
- Develop clear and reliable reporting to provide practical insights that support service improvement and regulatory compliance
- Work closely with teams across Customer Services, Property, Housing, Finance and ICT
- Help us improve the quality, accessibility and interpretation of operational data
Description
