Requirements
Must:
- Experience in business analysis, service improvement or change roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and at least one BI/reporting tool (Power BI desirable)
- Ability to analyse complex data and communicate clear, actionable insight
- Experience mapping and improving processes
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Ability to interpret data for nontechnical audiences
- Inclusive, values-driven approach, aligned with social housing
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- BCS Business Analysis certification (or willingness to work towards this) - desirable
- Familiarity with Civica Cx, SQL, Power BI or similar tools - desirable
- Experience working in housing, public sector or regulated environments - desirable
- Experience supporting digital or systems change, or facilitating workshops or training - desirable
Responsibilities
- Lead improvements in the quality, accuracy, and accessibility of our data
- Develop clear and reliable reporting that provides practical insights
- Support service improvement and regulatory compliance through data analysis
- Collaborate with teams across Customer Services, Property, Housing, Finance, and ICT
- Improve the quality, accessibility, and interpretation of operational data
- Analyze complex data and provide clear, actionable insights
