Requirements
Must:
- Backend development experience
- Comfortable working with Java, MySQL, AWS, DropWizard, Kafka, Kubernetes, or similar technologies
- Deeply user-focused and empathetic
- Ability to tackle both technical challenges and business problems
- Strong collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems while weighing tradeoffs
- Understanding of developer experience and business needs
Responsibilities
- Write and ship impactful production code that contributes to user satisfaction and company growth
- Design, build, and evaluate new features and tools that drive revenue
- Collaborate in a diverse, cross-functional team of engineers, PMs, designers, and researchers
- Work closely with different teams across HubSpot to ensure a seamless user experience
- Help SMBs achieve their goals through product enhancements
- Gain a deep understanding of how HubSpot functions as a business for personal and professional growth
