We are looking for candidates who have experience in technology assurance, risk management, audit, and/or compliance. You should be familiar with risk management concepts and processes, and confident in engaging colleagues at all levels. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a good understanding of technology systems, processes, and controls. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is needed, as well as an awareness of cybersecurity principles and data protection requirements. Attention to detail, a methodical approach, and an analytical mindset are crucial. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and regulatory requirements.
Advanced degrees or professional certifications such as ISACA's Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), BCS Foundation Certificate in Information Security Management Principles, or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals are advantageous.

Responsibilities
In this role, I will support the Technology function’s risk and compliance agenda by tracking, coordinating, and driving the timely completion of audit actions from both internal and external audits. I will ensure a robust control environment with strong governance, compliance, and risk management practices. Regular progress updates will be provided, highlighting any emerging issues to senior stakeholders. I will work across business units to build strong relationships and influence at all levels, resolve open actions efficiently, and enhance assurance processes. Promoting accountability and continuous improvement within the Technology organization will be a key focus.
