Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience delivering change management in large-scale, multi-site organisations.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong understanding of agile and hybrid delivery models and their impact on requirements, product ownership, and change enablement.
- Experience in planning and executing change initiatives within technology-driven programmes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while balancing short-term needs and long-term strategic goals.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex messages.
- Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery environments and their impact on change planning and adoption.
- Relevant qualifications in Change Management (e.g., APMG) or related disciplines are desirable or a desire to complete one of these formal qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stream teams and the wider project teams to understand the impact of digital changes, systems upgrades, and technology-driven change.
- Ensure that change is managed, stakeholders are informed and engaged, and new systems and developments are adopted across initiatives.
- Develop clear change frameworks that can be adopted by the wider business to ensure that change is considered and approached in a consistent manner.
- Put in place clear change management measures to ensure that change is effective and well managed across our projects.
- Develop and execute change management plans for key projects, tailored to technology and systems implementations, including where appropriate communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Support key business areas to adopt change management frameworks and oversee the change implementation.
- Conduct change impact assessments and readiness analyses to support effective transition planning.
- Build relationships with business leads and technology champions to drive ownership of system-related change initiatives.
- Lead the development of continuous improvement of change frameworks, tools, and templates to align with best practices and embed these across the team.
