- Proven experience in a similar People Systems / HR IS role.
- Essential experience with Kronos (UKG Workforce Pro).
- Preferred experience with Workday (Absence, Time Tracking, and Scheduling).
- In-depth knowledge of the employee lifecycle covering all HR, Time & Attendance, and payroll processes, along with relevant technology systems and legislation, including data protection.
- Experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting HR and Payroll systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities
As a People Systems Analyst, youll support the remaining project tasks for both UKG Workforce Pro and Workday implementation. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Finalizing testing of solutions and integrations, and supporting cutover activities.
- Providing day-to-day support for core applications, including UKG Workforce Pro and Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Scheduling.
- Acting as the functional lead on complex projects impacting the HR & people systems landscape, where youll own and complete analysis, advise, configure, document, test, and support Go Live.
- Leading business requirements engineering through process mapping, workshops, and data analysis to document clear business requirements.
- Translating business requirements into functional specifications for system changes.
- Supporting HR and Payroll solution designs and liaising with technology teams and suppliers.
- Extracting data and reports using appropriate tools for analysis, testing, and data cutover.
- Supporting the project manager in keeping activities on track and managing risks/issues.
- Managing support tickets raised by the business and providing post Go Live support once the applications are live.
- Monitoring system processes, investigating issues, and resolving them efficiently.
- Managing system upgrades, release updates, and data changes per the agreed roadmap.
- Providing ongoing technical systems administration for small changes and fixes.
- Developing and maintaining system administration guides and training materials for the team.
