Responsibilities
- Provide global operational support for the firm's room and desk booking system
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for the platform
- Collaborate closely with Business Services, IT, suppliers, and legal practice groups
- Support major projects, including the London office move and NYC office rollout
- Coordinate teams responsible for cross-functional deliverables
- Deliver change management support and training on new system features
- Manage regular system upgrades, including testing, updating test scripts, and communicating improvements
- Log and escalate system defects to suppliers while recommending solutions to technical issues
- Build strong client relationships to ensure maximum value is derived from the system
- Represent the project team in internal and external meetings
