Requirements
Must:
- At least 12 months experience in Salesforce Admin role
- Demonstrable experience in building, configuring, and delivering Salesforce solutions
- A Salesforce Certified Administrator or working towards certification
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IS, project teams, and the wider business to enhance and improve our Salesforce environment
- Demonstrate the usage and benefits of Salesforce to the business, supporting training, documentation, and user adoption
- Manage the environments, performance, data quality, and updates of the Salesforce ecosystem
- Build clean, secure, and functionally rich Salesforce solutions beneficial to the business and its users
- Uncover solutions for business needs proactively
- Participate in key ceremonies such as daily stand-up, sprint planning, and retrospectives to improve Salesforce development processes
