Must:
We are looking for a proven Business Analyst with experience in delivering a range of projects using different methodologies. You should have experience with Salesforce, whether it’s supporting its adoption, optimizing processes, or contributing to implementation. A flexible mindset to adapt between Agile, Waterfall, and WAGILE methodologies is essential. Strong analytical skills are needed to tackle diverse challenges and deliver impactful results, along with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate effectively at all levels.
Responsibilities
As our Business Analyst, you will drive Salesforce-related initiatives that improve processes and enhance user experience. You will collaborate on transformative projects that align with our strategic business goals and engage with stakeholders to identify challenges, crafting solutions with measurable results. Your role will involve mapping, analyzing, and refining processes to make them more effective and aligned with objectives, while also serving as a bridge between stakeholders and project teams to ensure seamless communication and clarity.
Description
This position is based in Newcastle upon Tyne or offers flexible UK location options. It is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with a salary circa £36,000, negotiable based on skills and experience, and great benefits, including a Health Cash Plan.
