Requirements

Must:
- I have experience in configuring or developing business (web) applications. - I possess a good understanding of concepts such as data models, security models, and workflows. - I have working knowledge of ticketing systems like Salesforce Case, Jira, or Trello and understand key workflows/lifecycles for support tickets. - I understand the principles of application architecture and have experience with the design process. - I demonstrate excellent customer service skills, being adept at helping both external customers and internal stakeholders. - I have excellent verbal and written communication skills. - I am highly organized and able to manage unexpected changes or issues without getting fazed. - I am a self-starter, comfortable working outside of the box, eager to learn new technologies, and ready to become an expert on them within the company. - I am assertive and willing to take the lead when necessary.

Responsibilities

- I will provide prompt resolution to inbound support tickets or assign them to appropriate resources or queues when necessary. - I will collaborate with the wider team to coordinate and execute proactive maintenance for Arcus systems. - I will coach other team members and produce training materials or diagrams as needed. - I will make adjustments to system configurations, security models, and document templates as required by customers. - I will assist with product installations, upgrades, patches, and testing. - I will promote well-documented changes from non-production to production environments. - I will work with the internal project team to develop project documentation and configuration templates. - I will ensure my work is well documented for the benefit of my colleagues on relevant projects. - I will seek new ways to improve our processes and products by analyzing information from customers and presenting thoughtful solutions and ideas to internal seniors and leads in our R&D department.
